Voz feminina brasileira no projeto, a paulistana traz um repertório que faz dialogar gêneros
como samba, reggae, afrobeat e R&B. Sua música foi recebida com entusiasmo logo no
disco de estreia, CéU, lançado em 2005 nos Estados Unidos – indicado ao Grammy e
destacado no ranking Hot 100 da Billboard. Desde então, produziu mais dois álbuns e
seguiu em intensa colaboração com outros artistas, como Gui Amabis, Lucas Santanna,
Pupilo e Jorge du Peixe. Seu estilo preciso de interpretação combina-se com a veia de
compositora – de grande cuidado com detalhes do arranjo e acabamento de cada canção –,
hibridez e refinamento que abrilhantam sua música.
