Contrastes de Forma reuniu 150 obras geométricas abstratas dos acervos do Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum e do Museum of Modern Art – New York, expostas no Museu de Arte de São Paulo (MASP). Obras de Pablo Picasso, Kasimir Malevich, Piet Mondrian, Vasily Kandinsky, Fernand Léger e Kelly Ellsworth fizeram parte da mostra, entre outros. Foi a primeira exposição reunindo as obras de Kandinsky dos acervos dos dois museus.

Contrastes of Form brought together 150 abstract geometric works of art from the collections of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the Museum of Modern Art, New York.  The exhibition took place at the Art Museum of Sao Paulo (MASP). Works by Pablo Picasso, Kasimir Malevich, Piet Mondrian, Vasily Kandinsky, Fernand Léger, and Ellsworth Kelly were part of the show, among others. It was the first exhibition bringing together works of Kandinsky from the collections of both museums.
